Q: How long does shipping take?

A:Please refer to our Shipping & Delibery article for details about shipping times and other important notes related to shipping methods. For postal service shipping, customers in Asia can expect their packages at the lower end of our estimates, while customers in South America can take quite a bit longer. Also, our experience shows that customers in Italy and Brazil should be prepared to wait up to double the estimated times for their packages. Keep in mind that these times are the usual amount of time it takes and packages can be delayed for any number of reasons. Because such delays are out of our control, please do not contact us about your package being delayed until the amount of time indicated at the link above has passed.

Q: When will I pay for my order?

A:We accept PAYPAL ONLY. Please pay within 3 days after your purchase. We ship within 3 business days of receiving payment.

Q: How do I cancel an order?

A:We ask that customers place orders only for merchandise they are sure they want to buy, and keep cancellations to a minimum. Orders which have not been paid for can be cancelled within reason. However, orders in shipping processing can unfortunately not be cancelled.

Q: Do I have to pay import tax?

A:Most international customers will be subject to import tax on their shipments. However, you will not pay any import tax or duties directly to GAGOAWO. Import taxes and duties are also not included in the prices on our website, or in shipping prices.

Australian Customers: Beginning July 2018, Australian GST will be charged on all orders shipping to Australia. Please see OUR ANNOUNCEMENT for details.

Import taxes and duties vary widely from country to country. You can read more about Import Duty and Tax .

Q: Can you refund me for my order's customs fees?

A:Customs fees and other import duties or taxes are charged by your local government, and not by GAGOAWO. We cannot offer refunds or compensation of any kind for these fees; the customer is responsible for covering any fees incurred.
